Work hard, play hard, but always allow yourself some time to unwind. We're happy to host the very first outdoor yoga class of this summer! Join us next Wednesday (June 22nd) at 7 pm for a 90-minute afterwork session on our community terrace. Please bring your own yoga mat and make sure to sign up as we have limited spots.
Meet the instructor:
Sarah is a Jivamukti Yoga 300 Hour Certified Teacher and has been sharing her passion through teaching since June 2015. At heart, Sarah dedicates her teaching and her practice to help spread joy and compassion. For her Yoga is a path to find balance, freedom and equanimity in the urban jungle.
What is Jivamukti?
Jivamukti Yoga is known as the "Wild Child of Yoga“. Founded by two New York artists in the 80s, Jivamukti reintegrates the physical, philosophical and spiritual aspects of Yoga. Meditation,yoga philosophy and chanting are as well part of a good Jivamukti class as a vigorous physical practice of flowing asana sequences to up-lifting music. Jivamukti teachers use the „magic touch“ - precise, hands-on adjustments to help students get a feeling for right alignment and deepness in the poses.
